Most headaches are not caused by an issue within the cervical spine (neck), but sometimes a headache may be caused by a problem with the occipital nerve, which travels through the cervical spine. The British imported corn from India, but many Irish were too poor to purchase it.

Many Irish emigrated to the United States, Canada and Australia, but not all survived the passage on what became known as “coffin ships.” About one million Irish died during the Famine and about another million emigrated.
