Pay close attention to the labels on the foods you purchase and choose the brands that do not have added sugar or sodium. Be more active, just walking 3 times a week for 30-45 min can make a big difference. Take some classes at your local fitness center and don't be afraid to ask for help if you are wanting to begin weightlifting. Be consistent and don't get discouraged if you don't loose anything the first week, it takes time for our bodies to adjust. Just keep your goal in mind and make the next day better than the day before. |
