Uruguay's capital, Montevideo is full of criminals, gangs, and homeless. Poverty is really high, many things are very expensive, some places are super dirty ! not a nice country to live in, avo�d it at all costs !!!

when you think about it. First of all it is tough going to another country. Your chances are better if you have some sort of professional skill, just having 10K isn't enough.Second of all, do you speak any other languages? It helps to know them fluently. Like I speak moderate Spanish, but learned it in school, so it may not be really understandable to some.Anyway to answer your question, I have no suggestions
