Well you can eat anything for breakfast, it just might not be eatable is all.

Tomatoes. I absolutely detest tomatoes. I think they ought to be banned and every last trace removed from earth.

That aside, anything is fine for breakfast. For little less than a decade I have eaten what people in my part of the world eat for lunch (rice, fish, vegetables and daal) for breakfast and what people generally eat for breakfast (roti-curry, snadwiches, and other assorted breakfast food) at lunch time. So really. Anything goes.
