Just wanted to tell you guys that this works. I did it like 4-5 times a week for like 3 weeks, and I went from 125 to 115! Plus my family members keep on saying that I'm getting slim... IT WORKS
I want to try this after my current work out plan for a month and see if it will give me more results... I'm excited... The trainer.. She so energetic... She's burning it... Im so gonna subscribe now!
