you mean to tell me a simple whey protein shake a few times a day along with a bulking diet and some hard training will help me to grow more than a supplement like pheraplex, superdrol or halodrol (of course, also combined with the bulking diet and training)? I'm not saying it's not true because I'm sure some of you guys know alot more about supplements than I do, but it just seems hard for me to swallow.
