How to Do a Bridge Exercise With an Exercise Ball

Ryan Allen

This can be done a couple of ways. One way is to get done on all fours with the ball beside you. Place the top of one foot on the ball and walk forward with your hands and then place the other foot on the ball. The ball should be on your lower shin and the top of your foot. You can do the bridge with on your elbows or arms fully extended. Another way would be to balance on the ball with your elbows or arms fully extended while both feet on the ground. Both ways are equally challenging.
