How can I answer to a reviewer comment?

Hi friends I have received some comments for one of my submitted papers. One of the reviewers has said that the work is good, but "give a brief statement of the conclusions and introduction." Does anyone know that what is the reviewer mean? Has anyone a similar experience? Thanks to all
